But I thought I would say how interesting I am finding the world of lizards ! This all started off when I saw a cute beardie at P@H a few months ago. I thought that I could possibly get a beardie and while I was doing the research my eldest could join in. However it was a crestie that stole my heart

I have researched animals before and actually done a short OU course on mammals, but this is far more interesting !

Does it sound mad but I already know I want to invest in some day geckos as I get more confident  I was thinking of the Electric blue ones but there are so many out there !

The world of reptiles is amazing and has always been a passion of mine (just lizards really but I like to see all reps) even though I have not kept a huge variety. I used to have a breeding pair of Chinese Water Dragons, really stunning animals and I have had Fan Footed Geckos, Green Anoles and of course Crested Geckos.

I had the CWD's for about 13 years and they both died of old age :(

Then I moved and due to lack of space I now just have the Cresties. I decided to keep them because they were my favourite.

Meh you just put aside lil things like that, its the animal itself thats truely amazing :).

I have also had a passion for animals, but reptiles caught it the most for me.

Ive had 4 leopard geckos (2 of which i was young and given wrong infomation they died), then i purchased 2 more when i was 14, bought a bearded dragon when i was 15, (sold beardie when i was 17 as i couldnt keep up with the viv space as it had to be reallly long), then i stumbled across the species of crested geckos, and fell in love! i ended up buying a pair, then bought a Leachianus henkeli, and now a leachianus GT Koghis...and my cresties have been laying me eggs! so an ever expanding collection, 1 gecko at a time...its the only way il get away with it
