Ok, the last four posts here have been from me, sorry everyone!

I've been thinking about getting a fogger for the viv (I wanted to get one for my snake but the humidity isnt good for him) from someone like exo terra, does anyone else have anything like this?

It would take away needing to spray, and so take away the risk of forgetting to spray (it would be on a timer to activate 2-3 times a day depending on how long the humidity lasted, I would be able to monitor it for the first few weeks before I start work again) and would also (if youtube is anything to go by) look awsome!

Thanks.

hi there, you said one of the reasons your getting it is that it will keep the humidy in your tank, so you wont need to spray at all (incase you forget to spray), well the foggers come with there own thing you cant forget...if the water limit where the fogger is gets used up, the heating element overheats and breaks..which is why ul read that alot of peoples have broken, then they give the foggers bad reviews, but its simply because they let the water get to low..so if your getting it incase u forget to spray, then it isnt a good idea as what if you forget to keep the water limit up?. It does make a nice feature in a vivarium, but i would only say get it if you were sure you could not forget to keep the water level high enough, so the fogger doesnt overheat.

That is not the case with this product. Therefore the reviews are all perfect. it retails for about 50 pounds here in the UK, but is a lot cheaper in the US.

That one actually looks really good, its a shame about the price, otherwise i would have gotten one ^^.How would this work with the exo terra tanks though? would the pipe just sit on the mesh? cause theres no wholes big enough for the pipe to stay inside the tank.

Well I would say it is worth it in the long run, as standard foggers do still brake after a few months of being treated correctly.
From what this video shows us, I would assume it does simply rest on the mesh:

I've ordered an exo terra mini fogger, it shoulkd be here some time next week, I got a resin cave for it to sit in aswell, to keep the gecko off of it and to hold the water reserve.

I'll post pictures once I have it set up, and will let you know how I get on with it.

NICE!

After buying the setup my wallet's abit light so I went for the cheaper option. Hopefully I'll be able to upgrade if I need to, but the replacement parts for the exo terra fogger arent that expensive if I have it for a while.
